I heard about welcome back gift 80-150 free packs, so I download HS back and tried play after I haven’t play this game since maybe 2018. But after a while I didn’t get any welcome give or something. In the other hand, my friends and my old favorite HS streamers that cameback to HS, They’re all get gift 80-150 free packs. What happened? I didn’t offline long enough? or I didn’t topup your game enough? I remembered that I always pre almost every new expansion while I was an active player. I feel so disappoint like the time I left this game. I hope this is just a bug not a discrimination.
